ko’s chef de cuisine, sean gray, recently stopped by providence, rhode island on the way back from barbara lynch’s toques & tonic event in boston. he joined james mark, an alum of ko + one of the chefs at north, to collaborate on a menu served for one night only. check out the photos for some of the dishes that guests were able to choose from to create their own menu.
Who is the idiot that missed out on getting tickets to this dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in the city? That idiot is me. It was only $50 a head too.

This is our new away shirt.
I dedicate this post to everyone who complained about the plainness of the home kits.
There is a difference between “this is our new shirt” and “this is a shirt that was found on a site that nobody has heard of, on the ever reputable internet” not saying it’s fake, but it’s certainly not to be believed.

(To be fair I think this is an actual useful application of google glass, instead of being a terrible douchebag out in public like it’s current use)

I understand how shitty and terrible bosses/clients can be about design stuff better than most, but sometimes they’re awful. Like ok your boss said something wrong, so you went ahead and did it literally the way he said it, instead of the way you could clearly see it needed to be done.
I don’t know if it’s a clear lack of common sense or if it’s a sort of arrogance that the creative world has, but I’ve seen it a lot and it’s pretty annoying. Just be smarter.
