This is one of the reasons the internet is the fucking worst at times. You can take an image and cut out any sort of context and then present it so that a bunch of pretentious kids who’re in a poly sci class can be like “This is what’s wrong with America, that’s why I can’t move to Spain, where there’s nothing bad at all ever because Europe is so progressive”
But, hey if you actually fucking investigate something, you’ll find that the US version of the magazine contains the cover story of the European, Asian, and South Pacific versions. But wait, I thought Americans were lazy and stupid. Oh and hey, look, the US version contains MORE articles than the other versions. I guess people not from the US have a short attention span if they can’t read more than 10 articles.
Also, why are people outraged by a fucking magazine in 2011? Print media hasn’t been relevant for like 5 years.
